Donna and David were licensed in 1984 and are currently into their 23rd year in residential real estate. Throughout their career in real estate, they have been top volume producers. As a point of creditability, both Donna and David have achieved several professional designations. These designations are compared to educational degrees, with-in the real estate industry that only a few agents have achieved nationally. They both hold the coveted CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation which in the industry is compared to possessing a doctorate degree. This designation is held by less than 4% of all agents in the nation. Their other popular designations are GRI (Graduate Real-estate Institute) and CRRS (Corporate Residential Relocation Specialists). Both are educators and offer classes to agents to better their knowledge and business practices. Their education is above par in the industry!
Several years ago their daughter DAWN joined the real estate team and easily identifies well with the younger buyers and sellers! Dawn has earned her GRI and is currently completing her CRS designation. They all are members of their local Realtor board named SMDRA (South Metro Denver Realtor Association), CAR (Colorado Association of Realtors), and NAR (National Association of Realtors) Their skills include acting as a buyer agent and/or sellers agent as a husband/wife/daughter team specializing in residential re-sales, new home sales, and corporate relocation.
